Vision
The CHRDA aims to be a leading actor in defending human rights and combating all
forms of discrimination, exclusion, and injustice.
Mission
The centre’s mission is to actively promote equality, inclusion, and respect for
fundamental rights for all, without distinction. It is firmly committed to fighting all
forms of discrimination based on race, religion, gender, disability, or any other
difference.
STRATEGI C DEPARTMENTS OF CHRDA
The CHRDA relies on four key departments to protect human rights and combat
discrimination.
- Advocacy and Legislative Reform Department
- Legal Assistance and Social Support Department
- Rights Education and Civic Mobilization Department
- Monitoring, Analysis, and Legal Research Department
TARGET AUDIENCE
The target audience of these departments primarily includes victims of
discrimination seeking legal and social support, institutional actors and
policymakers involved in legislative reform, as well as legal professionals, jurists,
and social workers. It also addresses youth, educators, civil society activists, and all
citizens who are engaged with or sensitive to human rights, equality, and social
justice.

CENTRE FOR INTERNATIONAL CRIMINAL JUSTICE
Vision
The International Criminal Justice Centre (CICJ) aspires to become a key actor in
strengthening the rule of law at both regional and international levels. It aims to
reinforce a culture of individual accountability for the most serious crimes —
genocide, war crimes, crimes against humanity, and the crime of aggression
Mission
The mission of the CICJ is to promote effective, fair, and accessible international
criminal justice by combating impunity for grave crimes such as war crimes, crimes
against humanity, and genocide.

The Centre organizes its work through specialized departments focusing on legal
analysis, training, victim support, awareness-raising, and international cooperation
to strengthen international criminal justice and effectively combat impunity.

TARGET AUDIENCE
The Centre’s target audience includes jurists, judges, lawyers, students, and
researchers in international law, as well as victims of international crimes in need
of legal support. It also addresses NGOs, civil society actors engaged in transitional
justice, and partner national and international judicial institutions.

international bodies—thus shaping the future of international relations.

The mission of the Centre for Diplomacy and International Relations (CDIR) is to
strengthen understanding and cooperation among states and global societies by
providing highquality diplomatic services and guiding efforts toward achieving
global peace and stability.
